条款及条件 Terms and Conditions of Sales

从通过余姚司徒气动元件有限公司购买，您同意这些条款及条件。

By purchasing from YuYao Sizto Pneumatics Co. Ltd., you agree to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS. No other terms shall apply except as agreed in writing signed by us. We reserve the right to correct typographic errors and reject orders.

货运 SHIPMENTS:

除非得到购买公司的运货指示,我公司将会采用其他最好的运送方式,对于货物在运送公司或买方在运送期中的延误,遗失和损坏的责任问题,买方应购买运送保险来保护在运送期间所造成的遗失和损坏.

All shipments are F.O.B. STC Shipping Points. Unless instructions accompany order, shipment will be made Best Way. The responsibility for goods delay, lost or damaged in transit rests with the carrier and purchaser. Purchaser may purchase shipping insurance to cover lost or damaged products caused by shipping.

商品的退还 RETURN OF MERCHANDISE:

所有的货品超过递送日的30天后就不能够退还,运送出的定单货物在没有卖方预先授权数字单据否认退款,如公司能接受退还的货品,公司会收取货价20%作为再上架费用,而退货的运费,则由买方支付.货品如是STC公司出错导致退还或重发,STC公司则负责平递(地面)的运费.

No merchandise is accepted for return 30 days after delivery date. No credit allowed on merchandise shipped as ordered and returned without obtaining an authorization number IN ADVANCE.  A 20% restocking charge applies to all returns, and transportation charges must be fully prepaid. We will pay ground transportation charges on re-sent or returned merchandise due to STC's error. 

货品短缺和错误运送 Shortages & Mis-Shipments:

任何货品的短缺或错误运送要在15天内向卖方公司报告 Any shortages or mis-shipment must be reported within 15 days.

信用卡付款Credit Card Payments: STC公司接受万事达卡.Visa. Master Card, Discover 和 American Express .

国际客户 International Customers:

需要由银行电汇预付本票和认可批准的信用卡 Advance Payment Required via Bank Wire, Cashier's Check or Approved Credit Card.

信用申请 Credit Application:

要建立30天付款帐户,请将3种有贸易参考资料连同有邮寄地址的户口帐号的文件邮寄或传真到我公司To establish a net 30 day account, please mail or fax three trade references with complete mailing addresses and account numbers. 
 

注意事项:买方的保用范围 LIMITED WARRANTY – IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PURCHASER:

司徒科技公司保证产品在装船的时候,材料和工艺方面都没有缺点.保用期为1年,由送出货品开始起记.STC公司有权采取对有缺陷的产品作出替换或以最初购买货品价格以现金偿还.如经STC公司同意接受退还的货品,买方可在30天内退还,在被退回的货品,所有有关退货的费用,由买方支付.然而,STC公司不会保用操作装置或在储藏期间疏忽造成的货品损坏.

YuYao Sizto Pneumatics Co. Ltd. (STC) only warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment. This limited warranty expires one year after delivery to the end-user. STC’s entire obligation to the Purchaser for breach of this limited warranty shall be limited to replacement of the defective product or refund of the original purchase price of this product, at STC’s option. Purchaser has thirty (30) days to return the goods after STC has agreed to accept the return. All freight charges on returned material shall be paid by the Purchaser. STC’s limited warranty shall not apply, however, to the product that have been subjected to misuse, alteration, accident or negligence during handling or storage.

所有的保用意旨,这行为可能引起法律牵连,包括交易过程和贸易惯例,但不限制对货品的保用或对某种货品适合度特别要求,明确的排除,至于在本文中描述以外的都不能得到保用,使用者要负责私自请购对产品适合度的特别要求

All implied warranties, which may arise by implication of law or application of course of dealing or usage of trade, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded. There are no warranties, which extend beyond the description of the faced hereof. The end user is solely responsible for the suitability and fitness of this product selected for a particular application.

所有的价格改变不会预先通知,我们会不断的改良产品,而我们会保留权利对产品作出更改详述,而没有义务将新的因素改变规格纳入先前已售出的产品和设备.
